CA K.S.Thillainathan received the designation of chartered accountant in 2004 & has 7 years of experience in Corporate Taxation, Bank Audit, Stock Audit & Financial Advisory. He currently heads the taxation department of the firm and also in charge of the branch at Hosur. Somasundaram a partner of the firm and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having extensive experience in the areas of foreign country operations, finance management, cost reductions, internal control & productivity improvements, conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures, including working capital management, internal financial controls and costing, developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures.

CA C. Gayathri Devi enrolled as a member of t he ICAI in 2010. She has a industrial experience of 5 years in Ashok Leyland Ltd, the second largest commercial vehicle manufacturing company in India. The rich industrial experience has given her in-depth knowledge in handling Accounts Payable, Unit Treasury, Inventory Management, Corporate and MIS Reporting and Improvisation Projects. She also knows the nuances of payroll processing for which she was appreciated as the Best Performer. During her articleship she handled lot of Project Finance. She currently heads Project Finance Department.
